Support Policy

 

For standard products:

We guaranteed that you will have free unlimited access to tech support of any product you purchased. Our products are so easy to use, and they are well documented, so we are confident you will need no support at all. However, unexpected situations pop every time, and we are here to help you in that situations. e-mail is our preferred way of communication, but we also have two different chat channels available for our customers only.
Support is given either in English or Spanish.
Support is given for the current version of each product only.

For custom development:

We will charge you on a monthly basis, after you review the work and you are fine with it. We will work with you following your specs, and we will develop the systems according to your needs. You will have free unlimited access to our tech support concerning any aspect of the product we developed for you.

   

Upgrade Policy

 

For standard products:

Minor updates are those that changes only the last digit after the period (like from 1.5.035 to 1.5.036). Major updates are those that changes only the first digit after the period (like from 1.6.021 to 1.7.000). Upgrades are those that changes the digits before the period (like from 1.7.005 to 2.0.000).

We guaranteed that you will have free access to any minor update, of any product you purchased, for life. Bug fixing updates are always free. Major updates or Upgrades can be either free or with charge, depending on the situation.

For custom development:

Whatever the product version is called, we will charge you by the development time.
